UK Shipping

  • All orders include free UK shipping.
  • Estimated delivery time: 7 to 10 business days.
  • Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

Delivery times may vary slightly during busy periods, weather disruptions, or carrier delays, but the timeline above is accurate for most orders.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed as soon as payment is confirmed.
  • Most orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days.
  • A confirmation email will be sent after your order is shipped.

If an item requires extra processing time, it will be stated on the product page before you purchase.

Delivery Address Issues

Please make sure the delivery address you enter is complete and accurate.

Relaxtura cannot be responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Missing postcode information
  • Failed delivery attempts due to no one being available to receive the parcel

If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible so we can try to update it before dispatch.

Lost or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within 14 business days, please contact us so we can look into it.

We’ll work with the carrier to locate the parcel and arrange a replacement or solution where necessary.
